PORT REGULATION
The Port has made it compulsory for all vessels entering Karwar to have a valid P & I Cert. of Entry. The insurance cover for wreck removal and pollution damages should be covered by a P & I Club. Master to have original of P & I Cert. on board which to be made available to Pilot for perusal. Same should be valid. Owners / Disp. Owners required to fax prior arrival of vessels the scanned copies of such certificates duly signed by the issuing authority.
